Why is a coupon code not working?
Coupon codes will not apply to some collaboration items and have expiration dates.
I recently purchased an item online and now it’s discounted. Can I get the discounted price?

My item arrived damaged. What should I do?
We understand that you may receive damaged items due to transit. If a product is defective or damaged, this must be reported within 30 days of delivery or receipt of order in person. If the product is deemed defective Vanubuy will replace the product at no additional charge to the customer. Please contact customer care for more details at ediscountbay@163.com.
My shipping info is incorrect/has changed
If your package hasn’t shipped, you can email us and let us know your order number and correct shipping address so we can update it in our system.
If your package has shipped, we cannot change it enroute. Please e-mail our support team. You’ll have to wait for it to be routed back to us, but we’ll get it to the correct address as quick as we can!
How do I cancel my order?
To serve you better, Vanubuy will begin to process your order immediately after it has been submitted, and we are unable to change or cancel an order once it has been placed.
What happens if my package is returned to sender or refused?
To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct.
